FUN Technologies signs exclusive skill-gaming agreement with leading interactive game developer Skyworks Technologies

LONDON, England – FUN Technologies plc (“FUN”), a leading provider of person-to-person skill gaming, exchange-betting technology and online sports information, announced today that its subsidiary, SkillJam Technologies Corporation (“SkillJam”), has entered into an agreement with Skyworks Technologies Inc. (“Skyworks”) to be its exclusive pay-to-play skill-gaming provider.

Under the agreement , SkillJam will develop, host and manage a private-label, pay-for-play skill-gaming platform for Skyworks’ newly launched consumer gaming site, www.Rcade.com. In addition, the parties will create new pay-to-play versions of selected game titles from Skyworks’ existing library.

Skyworks is a leading provider of entertainment content for websites, online games, wireless devices, kiosks, videogame consoles and CD-ROM. Its compelling interactive content enables Fortune 1000 companies to deliver brand messages to large, targeted audiences.
